应用高效液相色谱法,采用LichrospherRP-8柱,0.075mol/LKH2PO4—乙腈—甲醇1∶1∶1为流动相,254nm检测,建立了测定利福平胶囊含量的方法,在4~120mg/L范围内,峰面积比与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。样品加样回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.77%。方法较美国药典HPLC法简便、快速,较中国药典方法灵敏、重现性好。
High performance liquid chromatography with LichrospherRP-8 column, 0.075mol / L KH2PO4-acetonitrile-methanol 1: 1: 1 as the mobile phase, 254nm detection, established a method for determination of rifampicin capsules at 4 ~ 120mg / L Within the range, peak area ratio and concentration showed a good linear relationship, r = 0.9998. The sample recovery was 100.1% with RSD of 0.77%. The method is simpler and faster than the HPLC method of the United States Pharmacopoeia and is more sensitive and reproducible than the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method.
