项目成本控制是建筑施工企业项目管理中的关键环节,项目部的成本管理与控制在整个项目的实施阶段有着举足轻重的地位。本文根据项目部成本控制中存在的问题,提出了工程成本管理与控制的措施,实现在工程建设中工程造价最小化而项目价值最大化。 Project cost control is a key link in project management of construction enterprises. Project cost control and control plays a decisive role in the implementation of the project. Based on the problems existing in project cost control, this paper puts forward the measures of project cost management and control to minimize the project cost while maximizing the project value.
