肛裂是部队战士常见的一种肛门疾病,因其疼痛较剧,常影响部队训练和学习。以往治疗方法甚多,各有一定优缺点,笔者根据切断栉膜带治疗肛裂这一方法,自制栉膜带离断刀,治疗肛裂30例,取得较好效果。1.栉膜带离断刀的制作和要求:取直径1mm 的不锈钢丝8～10cm,制成鱼钩状,如附图。BC 为刀刃,宽约1.5mm。要求 A点必须锐利,C 点稍钝。2.操作方法;病人取胸膝位,肛门周围常规消毒后,于12点处距肛缘0.5～1cm 行局部浸润麻醉后,右手持离断刀从距肛缘1cm 处刺入皮下,C 点方向对6点,然后向肛门方向潜行0.3cm,再顺肛管方向刺入,深达
