目的：配合用带血管蒂组织瓣修复Ⅲ期喉癌、下咽癌手术的开展，而实施的术前术后护理。方法：对31例Ⅲ期喉癌、下咽癌患者，通过术前、术后的观察，采取一系列预防并发症的护理措施。结果：通过制定护理计划认真实施，减轻了病人的痛苦，对减少并发症，加快康复，提供了条件。结论：采用带血管蒂组织瓣修复Ⅲ期喉癌、下咽癌。对患者手术成功及术后迅速恢复，必须有切实可行的护理措施。
OBJECTIVE: To perform preoperative and postoperative care with the use of pedicle tissue flaps for the repair of stage III laryngeal cancer and hypopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: A series of 31 patients with stage III laryngeal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer were treated with preoperative and postoperative observation to take a series of nursing measures to prevent complications. Results: The careful implementation of a care plan has reduced the patient’s pain and provided conditions for reducing complications and accelerating recovery. Conclusion: The vascular pedicle flap was used to repair stage III laryngeal carcinoma and hypopharyngeal carcinoma. For patients with successful surgery and rapid postoperative recovery, there must be practical care.
