砌体结构出现裂缝或产生变形对建筑物的危害主要表现在结构安全性和房屋使用功能两个方面。砌体结构受力裂缝的出现预示着结构承载能力可能不足,结构变形裂缝的出现虽然对砌体抗压承载能力无直接影响,但贯穿性裂缝的形成会降低结构整体稳定性和抗震性能。外墙、楼板及屋面结构裂缝会影响结构防水,造成房屋渗漏,明显的结构裂缝和过大的变形还会影响建筑
The appearance of cracks or deformations in masonry structures poses major hazards to buildings, mainly in terms of structural safety and house use functions. The appearance of mechanical cracks in masonry structures indicates that the structural bearing capacity may be insufficient. Although the appearance of structural deformation cracks has no direct influence on the compressive bearing capacity of masonry, the formation of penetrating cracks will reduce the overall structural stability and seismic performance. Cracks in external walls, floors, and roof structures will affect the waterproof structure, causing leakage of the house. Obvious structural cracks and excessive deformation will also affect the building.
