为避免盲目引进,医院在购置大型医疗设备前必须进行可行性分析。然而大型医疗设备购置的可行性分析研究层面较多,存在着依据因素复杂多变,对经验和主观判断倚重的特点,本文试图利用“模糊数学法”构建可行性分析评价指标体系,把各评价指标有机融合,使定性问题定量化,帮助医院决策者最终得到一个相对精确的,客观的评价依据。
To avoid blind introduction, hospitals must conduct a feasibility analysis before purchasing large-scale medical equipment. However, the feasibility study of large-scale medical equipment acquisition has many levels of research, and there are some characteristics that are complex and changeable according to the factors and depend on experience and subjective judgment. This paper attempts to construct the feasibility analysis and evaluation index system by using “fuzzy mathematics method” The organic integration of the evaluation indicators, the quantitative qualitative problems, to help hospital decision makers eventually get a relatively accurate, objective evaluation basis.
