本文总结了559例经胎头吸引器助产婴儿的远期随访结果,初步认为胎吸助产对小儿智力及生长发育均无明显影响。但是,胎吸次数与窒息发生率有明显关系,因此,胎吸次数不宜过多。 This article summarizes the long-term follow-up results of 559 cases of fetal aspirator midwifery, preliminarily that there is no significant effect of fetal abortion on children’s intelligence and growth. However, there is a clear relationship between the number of births and the incidence of asphyxia, so the number of births should not be excessive.
