目的研究鸡冠花Celosia cristata止血有效部位的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和HPLC等方法对其化学成分进行分离、纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从鸡冠花95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为northalifoline(1)、韭子碱乙(2)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、1-feruloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、阿魏酸酯6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯[5(α构型)、6(β构型)]、2-甲氧基-4-(2-丙烯基)-苯基-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(7)、羽扇豆醇(8)、阿魏酸(9)。结论所有化合物均为首次从鸡冠花植物中分离得到,也均为首次从青葙属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the effective sites of Celosia cristata hemostasis. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated from 95% ethanolic extracts of celosia and were identified as northalifoline (1), leucovorin B (2), isorhamnetin-3-O-β- (3), 1-feruloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), ferulate 6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside [5 Methoxy-4- (2-propenyl) -phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), lupeol (8) and ferulic acid (9). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the first time for the first time in Celosia plants and were isolated from the genus Barr. For the first time.
