“强国家、弱社会”的传统权力格局影响深远,大量社团仍因国家力量的过密化包裹显得弱小与萎靡。温州农村的老人协会在与村庄正式组织和基层政府的互动中显示了独特的自主性和行动力。本文运用“资源—空间—行动者”的分析框架,认为老人协会较强的自主性和行动力,源于相对独立且稳定的组织资源,以及特殊的组织成员带来的资源汲取能力和组织“嵌入”能力。社团组织自主性与行动力的强弱,关键看其能否成功规避政府过度“管制”和有无充足能力汲取组织资源。当然,社团成员本身也是重要的影响因素。 The traditional power pattern of “strong state and weak society” has a far-reaching impact. A large number of associations are still weak and malaise due to the over-parcel of state power. The Association of Senior Citizens in Rural Wenzhou showed its unique autonomy and mobility in its interaction with formal village organizations and grassroots government. This paper uses the analytical framework of “resource-space-actor” to think that the strong autonomy and motivation of the Association for the Elderly derive from the comparatively independent and stable resources of the organization as well as the resource-absorbing ability brought by the special organization members and Organization “Embed ” ability. The strength and weakness of the community organizations’ autonomy and action force depend on whether they can successfully circumvent the government’s excessive “regulation” and whether they have sufficient capacity to absorb organizational resources. Of course, community members themselves are also important influencing factors.
