铅中毒引起血红素合成的紊乱,表现为组织中的氨基乙酰丙酸脱水酶(ALA-D)活力降低,和尿中氨基乙酰丙酸(δ-ALA)排泄量增加。故分析ALA-D及尿ALA可作为评价铅中毒程度的指标。本研究试图以生物化学的解释来说明这些指标的改变。
Lead poisoning causes disorders in heme biosynthesis as manifested by reduced activity of aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (ALA-D) and increased excretion of aminolevulinic acid (δ-ALA) in the tissues. Therefore, analysis of ALA-D and urine ALA can be used as indicators of lead poisoning. This study attempts to explain the changes in these indicators with biochemical explanations.
