通过近年来在投诉处理工作中的实践经验,分析论述了建设工程质量投诉的热点、难点、焦点及维修处理的经验做法,指出了面临的困难和问题,给出了切实能行的几点建议。
Through the practical experience in the handling of complaints in recent years, this paper analyzes the hot spots, difficulties, focuses and maintenance practices of construction quality complaints, points out the difficulties and problems faced and gives some suggestions .
