资本是市场经济的血液,它在循环流转的过程中不断成长、更新和提升结构。市场经济中形成了保证资本顺利循环流转的机制:优胜劣汰的机制、资本形态转换的机制、等价交换的机制是其中比较重要的三种机制。在三种机制之间彼此互为条件,互相约束。在三种机制正常发挥作用的情况下,资本的总量扩张和质量提高并行不悖;其功能被抑制时则表现为资本流转梗阻,外化为经济发展中的各种症状。我国经济中的通货膨胀、创新不足和产业结构升级缓慢正是资本运动中三种机制受到抑制的结果。
Capital is the blood of a market economy. It constantly grows, updates and enhances its structure as it circulates. The market economy has formed a mechanism to ensure the smooth circulation of capital: the mechanism of survival of the fittest, the mechanism of capital transformation and the mechanism of exchange of equivalence are the three most important mechanisms among them. In each of the three mechanisms each other conditions, mutual restraint. In the normal functioning of the three mechanisms, the total amount of capital expansion and improve quality go hand in hand; its function is suppressed when the performance of the obstruction of capital flow, the externalization of various symptoms of economic development. The slow growth of China’s economy in terms of inflation, lack of innovation and industrial structure is exactly the result of the suppression of the three mechanisms in the capital movement.
