五脏,是人体内心、肝、脾、肺、肾五个脏器的合称。脏,古称藏。五脏的主要生理功能是生化和储藏精、气、血、津液和神,故又名五神脏。由于精、气、神是人体生命活动的根本,所以五脏在人体生命中起着重要作用。根据中医五行理论,不同颜色的食物对应不同的脏器,经常食用这些不同颜色的食物可以对其所对应的脏器起到滋养作用。红色食物滋养心脏。五行中红色为火、为阳,所以红色食物进入人体后可入心、入血,大多具有益气补血和促进血液、淋巴液生成的作用。
