一、前言 15MnHP钢是武钢仿日本容器用钢SG30研制成的石油液化气瓶专用钢,也是国家定点生产的专用钢板。自1984年转产以来,用户对15MnHP钢的质量提出了一些问题。主要反映是此钢板的夹杂较多,冲压时表面有明显的月牙形裂纹,钢质太脆,冲压时容易出现脆性直裂,或者冲成封头后呈现齐口,焊接时出现脆裂。通过试验研究,基本上解决了15MnHP钢的月牙裂问题,并对其产生直裂的原因也有所了解,发现时效对15MnHP钢热轧板产生脆裂有很大影响。本文简单地叙述了15MnHP钢的时效与冲压成形的关系。
First, the foreword 15MnHP steel is a special steel for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders made by steel SG30 developed by Wuhan Iron and Steel imitation Japan container, and is also a special steel plate produced by the country. Since its conversion in 1984, users have raised some questions about the quality of 15MnHP steel. Mainly reflected in the steel inclusions more punched surface obvious crescent-shaped crack, the steel is too brittle, stamping prone to brittle straight crack, or flush into the mouth after Qi mouth, when the emergence of brittle fracture. The experimental study basically solved the problem of crescent crack in 15MnHP steel and also got an understanding of the cause of the cracked steel. It was found that the aging has a great influence on the brittle fracture of 15MnHP steel. This paper briefly describes the relationship between aging and stamping of 15MnHP steel.
