将蓖麻蚕DNA(或DNA蛋白)分别注入二化性和多化性家蚕蛾体内,后代出现外部形态和数量性状变异的个体,从中选育出六个稳定的新品系,并对这些新品系进行了性状遗传、血液酯酶同工酶酶谱、线粒体DNA限制性内切酶谱以及血液蛋白电泳图谱的观察和检测,对外源DNA诱导遗传变异的可能性及其意义进行了讨论。
In this study, six stable new lines were bred from individuals of Erianthus japonicus DNA (or DNA protein) injected into two-sex and multiple-sex silkworm moths, and their offspring appeared external morphological and quantitative traits. The genetic inheritance, esterase isozymes of blood, mitochondrial DNA restriction endonuclease and blood protein electrophoresis were observed and detected. The possibility and significance of foreign DNA induced genetic variation were also discussed.
