近年来,随着我国旅游业持续火爆,互联网的应用也成了行业改造的主要方向。导游是推动旅游业发展的关键因素,但是近年不断曝光的导游管理乱象,使社会对导游这一职业的评价不断降低,因此如何在互联网的背景下,提高导游素质,优化导游管理模式成了我国旅游管理的重点。本文从目前我国导游管理中存在的问题出发,对互联网背景下的导游管理模式的变革进行了探讨。
