为研究在大型飞机结构疲劳试验中摩擦力对阀控非对称缸输出力的影响,建立了输出力的数学模型,分析计算了阀控非对称缸在换向时作动缸输出力的变化。应用AMESim仿真软件对系统进行了仿真,得到了输出力在摩擦力影响下的曲线,验证了理论推导。最后采用差动控制回路降低了输出力因摩擦力产生的振荡。该研究为在大型飞机结构疲劳试验中使用的非对称缸设计提供了参考。
In order to study the influence of friction on the output force of valve controlled asymmetric cylinder in the fatigue test of large aircraft structure, a mathematical model of output force was established, and the change of cylinder output force was analyzed and calculated when valve controlled asymmetric cylinder changed direction. The system was simulated by using AMESim simulation software, and the curve of output force under the influence of friction force was obtained, which verified the theoretical derivation. Finally, the use of differential control loop to reduce the output force due to friction generated oscillation. This study provides a reference for the asymmetric cylinder design used in the fatigue test of large aircraft structures.
