近年来随着心电生理研究的进展和心电图应用的普及,抗心律失常药物有了较快的发展。新药不断出现,旧药有了新的用途。本文对新近国外推荐使用的,符合临床实际的抗心律失常药物的电生理学分类和初步临床应用及其作用根据综合加以介绍。心肌电生理学的一般概念心脏主要由心肌和特殊传导组织构成。心脏组织具有应激性(兴奋性),自律性,传导性和收缩性等四种重要的生理性能。其中应激性、自律性、传导性以电活动为基础,故总称为心肌的电生理特性。
