以废环氧模塑料粉(废EMC粉)为填料,采用模压成型的方法制备了废EMC粉/PVC复合材料。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和动态热性能分析(DMA)研究了硅烷偶联剂KH-550对复合材料微观形貌和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂KH-550的加入,大大改善了废EMC粉和PVC之间的界面黏结强度,增强了界面之间的作用力,复合材料的储能模量和玻璃化转变温度提高,损耗模量和损耗因子峰值降低,宏观上表现出复合材料力学性能的提高。
Using waste epoxy molding powder (waste EMC powder) as filler, the waste EMC powder / PVC composite material was prepared by compression molding. The effects of silane coupling agent KH-550 on the microstructure and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and dynamic thermal analysis (DMA). The results show that the addition of silane coupling agent KH-550 greatly improves the interfacial bonding strength between the EMC powder and PVC, enhances the interfacial forces, and increases the storage modulus and glass transition temperature of the composites , The loss modulus and the loss factor peak decreased, showing macroscopically the improvement of the mechanical properties of the composites.
