高职高专英语教学是否能跟上我国高教的发展速度?现在的教学队伍、教学模式及教学质量要求与学生总量的增长能否相协调?教学目标是否符合市场对高职人才的需求?为此,在上海市教育委员会的指导下,上海市高职高专英语课程教学指导委员会于2003年10月至2004年2月对本市27所高校的高职高专英语教学(非英专业)的现状进行了调查分析。调查涉及本科院校的二级高职学院6所、独立设置高职高专院校13所、民办院校8所。
Can English teaching in higher vocational colleges keep pace with the development of higher education in our country? Can the current teaching team, teaching mode and teaching quality meet the growth of the total amount of students? Is the teaching goal in line with the market demand for higher vocational education? To this end, under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Shanghai Vocational College English Course Teaching Steering Committee from October 2003 to February 2004 in the city’s 27 colleges and universities in English teaching of higher vocational colleges (non-English major) The status quo conducted a survey analysis. Six secondary vocational colleges involving undergraduate colleges and universities were investigated, 13 higher vocational colleges and 13 private colleges were set up independently.
