提升运输系统中跑车、断绳事故时有发生。设计了一种由运行设备速度变化采集限速信号的液压限速控制装置,在运行设备超速时,自动控制机构动作,达到制动的目的。介绍了装置的组成及液压系统的工作原理,以其在斜井防跑车时的应用为例说明其在工程中的应用价值。基于Simulink进行仿真,显示该限速装置在制动时活塞动作平稳,设计能够满足工程应用。
Improve transportation system sports car, broken rope accidents have occurred. A hydraulic speed limit control device is designed to collect the speed limit signal by changing the speed of the operating equipment. When the speed of running equipment is over speed, the mechanism is automatically controlled to achieve the purpose of braking. The composition of the device and the working principle of the hydraulic system are introduced. The application value of the device in the anti-sports car as an example is illustrated. The simulation based on Simulink shows that the speed-limiting device has a stable piston motion during braking and is designed to meet engineering requirements.
