目的 :研究分析在对甲状腺癌和甲状腺良性结节的鉴别过程中甲状腺彩色超声的应用价值。方法 :收集2011~2014期间在我院接受治疗的甲状腺癌患者作为试验组(82例),将甲状腺良性结节患者作为对照组(85例),同样给予两组患者进行甲状腺彩色超声检查,并将两组患者经过手术后的病例检查结果仔细记录,观察对比两组患者经过检查后的彩色超声影像,同时将手术前的超声影像诊断结果与病例检查结果进行对比分析。结果:通过对检查后两组患者的观察发现,试验组彩色超声影像中后方回声衰竭、比例高的低回声、边界不清楚、存在钙化、形状不规则等方面与对照组影像明显不同,同时,试验组彩色超声影像中的Ⅲ型以上血液信号的存在率(51.22%)和淋巴转移率(54.88%)明显高于对照组影像中的Ⅲ型以上血液信号的存在率(11.76%)和淋巴转移率(12.94%)。通过将两组患者的超声检查结果与病理结果进行观察对比后发现:两组患者的超声检查结果较为准确与病理检查结果基本相同。结论 :甲状腺彩色超声检查可以准确地鉴别诊断甲状腺癌和甲状腺良性结节,在临床上应用的价值较高。
Objective: To study the value of thyroid color ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid cancer and benign thyroid nodules. Methods: Thyroid cancer patients treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2014 were enrolled as experimental group (n = 82) and benign thyroid nodules as control group (n = 85). Thyroid color ultrasound was also performed on both groups Two groups of patients after surgery underwent careful examination of the results of the examination, observation and comparison of two groups of patients after checking the color ultrasound images, while the preoperative ultrasound imaging diagnosis and case comparison results were analyzed. Results: Through the examination of the two groups of patients after the examination, it was found that in the color ultrasound images of the experimental group, the posterior echogenic failure, the high hypoechoic echo, the unclear boundary, the calcification, the irregular shape and so on were obviously different from those of the control group. Meanwhile, The presence of type Ⅲ or higher blood signals (51.22%) and lymph node metastasis (54.88%) in color ultrasound imaging group were significantly higher than those in control group (11.76%) and lymphatic metastasis Rate (12.94%). By comparing the two groups of patients with ultrasound findings and pathological findings were observed and found: two groups of patients with ultrasonography more accurate and pathological findings are basically the same. Conclusion: Thyroid color ultrasound can accurately differentiate thyroid cancer and benign thyroid nodules, which is of great value in clinical application.
