新型运输绞车与过往绞车相比,克服了它的不足和缺陷,另外还具有结构呈长条形、牵引力大、软启动等优点,比较适合井下狭窄的作业空间,而且操作方便、安全。以JY-1型新型运输绞车为例,建立三维实体模型,利用ADAMS软件对其进行了运动学及动力学的仿真分析,分析各个零部件之间的运动关系和受力情况,为今后该类绞车的进一步研究提供必要的参考和理论指导。
Compared with the previous winch, the new type of transport winch overcomes its shortcomings and deficiencies. In addition, it has the advantages of long bar shape, large traction force and soft start, which is more suitable for narrow downhole work space, and is convenient and safe in operation. Taking JY-1 new type transport winch as an example, a three-dimensional solid model is established, and its kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis is carried out by using ADAMS software to analyze the movement relation and stress situation among the various components. In the future, Further study of the winch provides the necessary reference and theoretical guidance.
