微电影产生于“微时代”的一种艺术形式,在年青人中广受欢迎。微电影中所包含的艺术形式和艺术院校大学生的专业学科有千丝万缕的关系,用在英语教学中,能为语言实践提供各种高仿真的情境,为学生营造轻松愉快的语言学习环境,吸引大部分学生参与语言实践。实践证明,采用微电影教学能够提高学生学习英语的兴趣,提高学生的英语水平,增强跨文化交际的意识和发展合作学习的能力,从而促进艺术院校英语教学的整体发展。
