清代末年均州进士贾洪诏,官至云南巡抚。为官数十年,勤政爱民,干练有为,兴利除弊,政绩显著,尤其善于处理各民族之间的关系,深受各族人民的拥护。解职回归故里后,主讲郧山书院,主修同治《郧县志》、光绪《续辑均州志》。凡州中有关民生之事皆奔走呼吁,咸底于成。勤于笔耕,其《葆真斋集》中的诗文呈现出不尚华丽,不事雕琢,追求平易朴实,清刚超拔的风格。其记叙文,章法谨严,脉络清晰,剪裁得当,重点突出,往往在叙述之中间之以精辟的议论,画龙点睛之效立现。其中家传、祭吊类文章情感真挚而充沛,读来感人至深。其议论文立意高远,构思严谨,观点鲜明,阐微发幽,道他人所未道,言他人所未言。其诗歌写景状物,笔意独到,抒情言志,情感充沛,尤其擅长五言排律。 Jia Qingzhai Jinshi prefect of the late Qing Dynasty, governor to Yunnan governor.
