随着建设和谐社会的提出,构建和谐企业已经成为我国企业尤其是国有大中型企业在建设企业文化当中重点研究和实践的课题。国有大中型企业的和谐不仅关系到企业自身和员工的利益,还关系到区域社会乃至整个国家的利益。煤化工产业作为新型能源替代产业,经过“十一五”强势推进,呈现出大干快干的良好发展局面。但是,也存在盲目规划、重复建设、产能过剩等诸多问题。如何驱动煤化工产业良性、可持续发展,实现产业经济利益最大化。一方面要靠国家政策引领,另一方面则是企业自身发展。其中,企业内部因素的和谐发展至关重要。
With the proposal of building a harmonious society, building a harmonious enterprise has become the focus of research and practice in the construction of corporate culture among Chinese enterprises, especially large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises. However, there are also many problems such as blind planning, redundant construction and overcapacity. How to drive the healthy and sustainable development of the coal chemical industry so as to maximize the industrial economic benefits? On the one hand to rely on national policy to lead, on the other hand is the company’s own development. Among them, the harmonious development of internal factors is crucial.
