利用内耗方法并结合显微组织与显微硬度分析,研究了回火温度对高性能海洋平台用E690钢碳化物析出量的影响。结果表明:在相同的回火时间条件下,回火温度对碳化物的析出量有较大影响,与淬火态试样相比,在550、600和650℃回火20 min后试样中的固溶碳析出量分别为86%、90%和94%,经690℃保温20 min回火处理后试样中的固溶碳析出量达到96%;回火温度越高,碳化物完全析出所用时间越短,适当升高回火温度,可以有效地缩短回火时间。
The effects of tempering temperature on the amount of carbide precipitated in E690 steel for high performance offshore platforms were studied by means of internal friction and microstructure and microhardness analysis. The results show that the tempering temperature has a significant effect on the precipitation of carbides under the same tempering time. Compared with the quenched samples, after tempering at 550, 600 and 650 ℃ for 20 min The amount of solid solution carbon precipitates were 86%, 90% and 94% respectively. After the tempering at 690 ℃ for 20 min, the amount of precipitated carbon in the samples reached 96%.
