业界一直传闻的齐鲁软件“买壳上市”一事终于水落石出。2000年12月16日,泰安市国有资产管理局与山东齐鲁软件产业有限公司签署《股权转让协议书》,12月17日,山东泰山旅游索道股份有限公司与齐鲁软件签署《资产转让协议书》等文件,这些文件的签订,标志着齐鲁软件收购泰山旅游取得实质性进展,齐鲁软件买了一只“旅游”的壳后成功上市。 齐鲁软件公司是山东浪潮集团整合内部软件资源组建成立办公自动化研究所、系统集成事业部,购并整合外部社会力量组建成立通信事业部和金融事业部,并以此为基础于2000年5月11日成立。浪潮电子信息公司占齐鲁软件总股本43.2％,是第一大股东;浪潮集团占总股本23.1％的股权。
