新经济环境下,医院经营面临着巨大挑战。我国企业医院是保证广大公民及时获得医疗卫生服务的重要机构,而医院的财务管理工作水平直接影响了医院的经济效益,因此目前我国很多医院都已经将提高财务管理水平作为工作的重点内容。基于财务管理对于企业医院的重要性,以下本文针对现阶段企业医院财务管理中存在的问题,展开分析,并提出几点相应的解决措施。 Under the new economic environment, the hospital management faces enormous challenges. The hospital in our country is an important institution to ensure that the majority of citizens receive timely medical and health services. However, the hospital’s financial management has a direct impact on the economic benefits of the hospital. Therefore, at present, many hospitals in our country have made the improvement of their financial management as the focus of their work. Based on the importance of financial management to corporate hospitals, the following article analyzes the problems existing in corporate hospital financial management at this stage, and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
