啶虫脒是日本曹达公司新开发的一种氯代烟碱类杀虫剂。为了探讨其用于蚊虫幼虫控制的可能性 ,我们在室内用浸渍法测定了啶虫脒对淡色库蚊幼虫的致死和亚致死影响。结果表明 ,淡色库蚊幼虫对啶虫脒较敏感 ,幼虫的死亡高峰出现在处理后第 3天。幼虫的四个龄期中 ,一龄最敏感 ,四龄耐药力最强 ,二者在处理后 72h时的LC50 值分别为 0 .0 2 0mg L 升和 0 .2 96mg L。幼虫在亚致死浓度的啶虫脒溶液作用下 ,发育期延长 ,蛹重下降。说明啶虫脒可用于蚊虫幼虫的控制
Acetamiprid is a newly developed chlorinated nicotine insecticide developed by Japan’s Soda Company. To explore its potential for control of mosquito larvae, we investigated the lethal and sub-lethal effects of acetamiprid on Culex pipiens pallens larvae by immersion method indoors. The results showed that Culex pipiens pallens larvae were more sensitive to acetamiprid, and the larval death peak appeared on the 3rd day after treatment. Among the four instars of larvae, the first instar was the most sensitive and the fourth instar was the most resistant. The LC50 values of the two larvae at 72 h after treatment were 0. 0 2 0 mg L -1 and 0 2 96 mg L, respectively. Larvae in the sub-lethal concentration of acetamiprid solution, the growth period, pupal weight decreased. Acetamiprid can be used to control mosquito larvae
