在无产阶级文化大革命和批林批孔运动的推动下,我国电机、电器行业的工人、技术人员革新采用了以凸模作工具电极的钢冲模电火花穿孔加工新工艺,取得了可喜的成果。在现有的工艺装备条件下,初步解决了加工稳定性差、加工效率较低、工具电极损耗大和不齐等问题。为了促进这一工艺技术的推广应用和提高,本刊拟就工具电极损耗问题组织讨论。为什么在现有工艺装备条件下,采用同性钢电极对穿孔加工时,工具电极损耗的情况就发生了明显的变化?有时甚至产生特大损耗?从矛盾的普遍性方面探讨,看来与电极对相对穿孔运动有关。从矛盾的特殊性方面探讨,看来主要有两个方面的影响,其一是电极对材料特性的影响;其二是脉冲电源参数及其加工规准的影响。这里,根据现有资料介绍一些有关单位的经验和体会。
