建设项目管理是为实现项目投资、进度、质量目标而进行的全过程、全方位的规划组织、控制和协调工作,内容是研究如何高效益地实现项目目标。基于建设项目是一次性的,故项目工程需要用系统的观点、理念和方法进行管理,而建设项目的生产要素有劳动力、材料、机械设备、技术和资金,本文针对工程管理存在的问题,对提高工程施工管理的途经做出了一些思考。
