本文测定了30例脑血管病(CVD)患者血浆及红细胞膜脂质过氧化物水平以及红细胞膜流动性。结果表明:CVD 患者血浆及红细胞膜MDA、红细胞膜平均微粘度(6)明显升高,伴有心肌损害者更为明显;直线相关分析表明:红细胞膜微粘度与血浆及红细胞膜MDA存在明显正相关,提示CVD患者血浆及红细胞膜脂质过氧化物的增高,是导致红细胞膜流动性降低的重要因素。
In this paper, plasma and erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation level and erythrocyte membrane fluidity were measured in 30 patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVD). The results showed that plasma and erythrocyte membrane MDA and mean erythrocyte membrane microviscosity (6) were significantly increased in patients with CVD, and those with myocardial damage were more obvious. The linear correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between erythrocyte membrane microviscosity and plasma and erythrocyte membrane MDA Related, suggesting that elevated plasma lipid and erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxides in CVD patients is an important factor in reducing the fluidity of erythrocyte membranes.
