幼儿园时期是人终身语言发展的最重要的时期,5岁半左右是幼儿掌握语法、理解抽象词汇及综合语言能力开始形成的关键期。如孔子所说:“可与言而不与言,失人。不可与言而与之言,失言。”作为一名幼儿老师,当讲时不讲,则会失去发展孩子、联络孩子的机会,不当讲时,教师还在讲,教师的话语霸权,会削弱孩子锻炼的机会。孩子永远是主体,我们在幼儿语言教学中,要全面渗透、尊重差异,要通过大剂量感知和积累,创造性地发展儿童语言。
