如今,科学技术快速发展,媒体行业也加快了更新换代的步伐。新兴媒体是指在新的技术支撑之下所出现的媒体形态,譬如快递信封、数字报纸、移动电视,以及网络、数字化电影与广播,等等。相对于传统的四大传统媒体——报刊、广播、电视、户外,新媒体更多地被人们称为“第五媒体”。新兴媒体的应用范围不断扩大,涉及到各行各业,企业管理方面也不例外。企业的发达离不开科技进步、劳动力素质提高与不断创新的管理模式。新兴媒体的广泛运用,正是给企业管理提供了革新的契机。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, the media industry has also accelerated the pace of upgrading. Emerging media refers to the emergence of new technical support media forms, such as express mail envelopes, digital newspapers, mobile TV, and the Internet, digital movie and radio, and so on.
