目的:探讨乳腺癌的检查诊断方法,以提高乳腺癌的检出率。方法:选择乳腺癌患者60例,都经手术病理证实,其中乳腺癌中浸润性导管癌41例,导管原位癌8例,浸润性小叶癌6例,黏液癌3例,小叶原位癌1例,髓样癌1例。对其钼靶X线、高频超声征象及其准确率进行对比分析。结果:经钼靶X线确诊50例乳腺癌,准确率为83.3(50/60)%;经高频超声确诊48例乳腺癌,准确率为81.7%(48/60)。钼靶X线结合高频超声确诊54例,诊断准确率为90%(54/60)。结论:钼靶X线检出钙化型乳腺癌敏感性高,高频超声对乳腺癌血流信号敏感性高,两者结合检查的诊断准确率明显优于单一钼靶X线或高频超声检查,钼靶X线与高频超声作用互补,两种影像检查相结合能显著提高乳腺癌的检出率。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic methods of breast cancer in order to improve the detection rate of breast cancer. Methods: Sixty cases of breast cancer were selected and confirmed by surgery and pathology. Among them, there were 41 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma, 8 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ, 6 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma, 3 cases of mucinous carcinoma, 1 lobular carcinoma in situ For example, medullary carcinoma in 1 case. Results: The accuracy of the diagnosis of 50 cases of breast cancer by molybdenum target X-ray was 83.3 (50/60)%. The accuracy of 48 cases diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound was 81.7% (48/60). Molybdenum target X-ray combined with high-frequency ultrasound confirmed 54 cases, the diagnostic accuracy was 90% (54/60). Conclusion: The mammography X-ray detection of calcified breast cancer high sensitivity, high-frequency ultrasound on breast cancer blood flow signal sensitivity, the combination of the two diagnostic accuracy was significantly better than single mammography X-ray or high-frequency ultrasound , Mammography X-ray and high-frequency ultrasound complement each other, the combination of two imaging can significantly improve the detection rate of breast cancer.
