目的研究脑卒中患者联合反应程度对功能恢复的影响,为早期诱发患肢主动运动,寻求有效运动训练模式,合理制定康复治疗方案提供依据。方法通过对脑卒中患者健下肢运动时引发患下肢的联合反应,进行表面肌电信号采集,按BRUNNSTROM分级进行相关性分析。结果在健下肢加阻外展和内收运动情况下,患下肢表面肌电信号提示联合反应较明显。结论脑卒中病人在早期,诱发联合反应有助主动运动出现,对肢体功能恢复有积极意义。
Objective To study the effect of joint reaction degree on functional recovery in patients with stroke, and to provide evidences for the early induced limb active movement, seek effective sports training mode and reasonably formulate the rehabilitation treatment plan. Methods Through the joint reaction of lower extremity caused by healthy lower extremity movement in patients with stroke, surface EMG signals were collected and analyzed by BRUNNSTROM classification. Results In the lower extremity plus resistance abduction and adduction movement, the lower extremity surface EMG signal prompted the joint reaction was more obvious. Conclusion Stroke patients in the early stage, induced by joint reaction is helpful for active exercise, which has positive significance to limb functional recovery.
