在有效质量近似下 ,采用两参数波函数变分地计算了杂质在阱心和阱边两种情况下 ,量子阱中中性施主束缚激子 ( D0 ,X)体系的束缚能和激子质心波函数对于不同阱宽随坐标的分布及粒子间的平均距离随阱宽的变化 ,得到了较好的结果 ,并对结果进行了详尽的分析和讨论 .
Under the effective mass approximation, the two-parameter wave functions were used to variationally calculate the bound energy and the exciton center of the neutral donor-bound bound exciton (D0, X) system in the quantum well under both the well and well sides. The distribution of the wave functions with different well widths and the average distance between the particles vary with the well width, and good results are obtained. The results are analyzed and discussed in detail.
