绩效管理系统是人力资源管理与企业战略成功对接的桥梁和纽带,通过绩效考评指标把考评客体、考评对象、考评主体、考评方法与考评结果连为一体,同时也成为整个绩效考评工作指向的中心。本文参考当前我国企业界绩效管理中考评指标的常规模式,结合实际理论与研究,阐述了科学绩效考评指标的设计原则、方法和步骤,并浅析如何进行企业战略协同绩效考核指标体系设计。
Performance management system is a bridge and link between human resource management and business strategy success. Through the performance appraisal indicators, the object of appraisal, the object of appraisal, the subject of appraisal, the method of appraisal and the result of appraisal are integrated together and become the center of performance appraisal . This paper refers to the current model of performance appraisal in the business management of our country’s conventional mode, combined with the actual theory and research, expounds the scientific performance appraisal indicators design principles, methods and steps, and analysis of how to conduct enterprise strategic synergy performance appraisal index system design.
