应用多传感器集成实施监控技术,对镗削过程进行了监控实验研究.讨论了有关实验系统设备构成、传感器选择和多传感器集成方案,并讨论了典型镗削工况、切屑断裂状态和颤振先兆识别时特征信号的选择处理和决策模型.实验结果对制造系统运行状态的监控具有普遍性.
Application of multi-sensor integrated monitoring technology to monitor the boring process of experimental study. The structure of the experimental system, sensor selection and multi-sensor integration are discussed. The selection and decision-making of the characteristic signals of typical boring conditions, chip rupture states and flutter precursors identification are discussed. The experimental results have a general view on the monitoring of manufacturing system operating conditions.
