三角漏流区是影响搭接螺旋折流板换热器综合性能的重要几何结构.本文改变以“堵”为主的传统三角漏流区优化方式,采用“疏”的理念,提出了一种新型椭圆管搭接螺旋折流板换热器.基于数值模拟和场协同理论分析得出,新型椭圆管搭接螺旋折流板换热器具有较好的纵向流特征,大幅减小了壳程压降;椭圆管周向布管,具有导流和增强局部换热作用;新型椭圆管周向布管搭接螺旋折流板换热器三场协同性好,综合性能优.“,”The triangle leakage zone is the important structure affecting the comprehensive performance of overlapped helical baffled heat exchangers.In this paper,the traditional optimization of triangle leakage zone was changed by a concep of blocks,and a novel overlapped helical baffled heat exchanger with oval tubes was proposed.Based on the principle of field synergy,it was proved by numerical simulation that the new structure possessed the better characteristics of the longitudinal flow,which decreased the pressure drop greatly.The new layout of oval tubes could guild the flow as well as enhance heat transfer.The velocity field,temperature gradient field and pressure gradient field of the novel heat exchanger were better synergized which indicates a better comprehensive performance.
