教师继续教育是不断提高教师队伍素质和教学质量的关键。北京市小学教师英语口语能力培训是一种新型的小学教师英语继续教育方式,意在提高小学教师英语听说水平和英语运用能力。本研究基于该项目第五期培训,旨在了解参加培训小学教师对培训项目各个环节的意见,为进一步组织该类项目、提高管理和教学质量提供有效数据和经验。本研究以调查问卷和访谈相结合的形式对参训小学教师进行了其对培训材料、面授课堂组织、教务管理和技术支持、网络学习平台、考试环节、培训总体效果六方面的意见以及其个人学习特征等方面的调查。调查结果表明,参训小学教师对该培训项目管理、服务和教学效果普遍认可,培训中所存在的问题及小学教师学习特征可以为今后同类项目提供有益参考。
Teachers continuing education is the key to continuously improve the quality of teachers and teaching quality. Beijing Primary School Teachers ’Oral English Training is a new type of continuing education for primary school teachers in English, intended to improve the primary school teachers’ English listening and speaking skills and English proficiency. Based on the fifth phase of the project, this study aims to understand the opinions of teachers participating in training primary schools on all aspects of training programs and provide effective data and experience for further organizing such projects and improving management and teaching quality. In this study, the primary school teachers participating in the training were given six opinions on training materials, classroom organization, educational administration and technical support, e-learning platform, exam sessions and training overall effects in the form of questionnaires and interviews, as well as their individual Learning characteristics and other aspects of the investigation. The survey results show that the primary school teachers participating in the training generally recognized the management, service and teaching effects of the training project, the problems existing in the training and the learning characteristics of the primary school teachers could provide useful references for similar projects in the future.
