田径运动被称为运动之母,是小学推动最广的一项运动,能增加学童的基本能力。但纵观参与田径运动的学童,受到现代文明病及课业的影响,身体肥胖阻碍了身体的发展;课业压缩了学童参与田径运动练习的时间,造成运动能力下降,影响运动表现。传统的敏捷与协调练习无法在短时间内收到效果,因此,近年来核心肌群的观念改善了练习时间不足的影响,有助于学童的肌力、肌耐力、平衡性、柔软度及协调性的发展,有效增进学童基本体适能能力,帮助学习正确动作并降低运动伤害,增加运动时的信心。因此,核心肌群在学习上有明显效果,重视核心肌群训练的原则与重要性,是刻不容缓的课题。
Athletics, known as the mother of sports, is the most widely promoted sport in primary schools and can increase the basic ability of school children. Therefore, the core muscle group has obvious effect in learning, pay attention to the principle and importance of the core muscle group training, is an urgent task.
