在理财纠纷案件频发的大背景下,银行业金融机构应以过往案例为鉴,多角度分析纠纷产生原因,以探寻解决对策近年来,我国银行理财业务发展迅速。截至2014年12月末,全国400多家银行业金融机构共存续理财产品8721 8款,理财资金账面余额近15万亿元。投资理财的发展,给百姓带来了丰厚的财产性收入。但随着理财产品的不断增多、品种更新频率的加快和经济形势的变化,在投资理财过程中,也出现了银行与金融消费者的各种纠纷。此种情况下,如何保护金融消费者权益和银行业金融机构的声誉,引起了多方重视。
In the background of frequent financial disputes, the banking financial institutions should take the past cases as a reference and analyze the causes of the disputes from various perspectives in order to find solutions to the problems. In recent years, the banking financial services in our country have developed rapidly. As of the end of December 2014, more than 400 banking financial institutions in the country have co-existed 8,821 wealth management products and the book balance of wealth management funds has reached nearly 15 trillion yuan. The development of investment and financial management has brought generous property income to the people. However, with the continuous increase of wealth management products, the quickening frequency of breed breeds and changes in the economic situation, various disputes between banks and financial consumers have also emerged in the process of investment and financial management. Under such circumstances, how to protect the rights and interests of financial consumers and the reputation of banking financial institutions has attracted much attention.
