一台ZL50装载机的6135k-9a柴油机,大修半月后就出现机油油面升高且机油中有柴油味的现象。 现场检查时,先启动马达,但柴油机不转,同时发现Ⅴ、Ⅵ缸缸体中上部位置发白、无油迹,与前4个缸位置的颜色显然不一样,估计是拉缸抱死。拆下Ⅴ、Ⅵ缸的缸盖检查,发现Ⅵ缸已拉缸粘住。拆下Ⅲ、Ⅳ缸的缸盖后,当拆开气门室盖时,发现Ⅲ缸气门摇臂座的固定螺钉已松脱,摇臂座也折断1/4左右,气门推杆已脱离气门摇臂头;更为严重的是,通往气门摇臂的润滑油管(U形油管)折断,气门摇臂头调整螺钉的一端也由半圆头磨成了平面状;Ⅲ缸的活塞顶上有较多量的机油
