目的对疑似肉毒中毒事件进行调查分析,为预防此类食物中毒提供借鉴。方法采集病人呕吐物、血清及风干肉样品进行肉毒实验检测。结果样品经抗毒诊断,结果阳性,结合现场流行病学调查、病人临床症状以及临床治疗情况,判定该事件为肉毒食物中毒。结论牧区牧民有食用生肉或风干肉等不良生活习惯,容易发生肉毒中毒事件。应大力开展肉毒中毒防控知识全民宣传教育活动,提高群众卫生防病意识。
Objective To investigate and analyze the suspected botulinism poisoning and provide references for the prevention of such food poisoning. Methods Samples of vomit, serum and dried meat were collected and tested for botulism. Results The samples were diagnosed with anti-virus and the results were positive. According to the epidemiological survey in the field, the clinical symptoms and clinical treatment of the patients, the samples were judged as botulism food poisoning. Conclusion Herdsmen in pastoral areas have unhealthy habits of eating raw meat or dried meat, and are prone to botulism. We should vigorously carry out publicity and education activities on the prevention and control of botulism to raise public awareness of health and disease prevention.
