加拿大大草原养猪中心研究人员致力于开发设计一种运输车空气过滤系统,通过过滤外来空气来防止疾病传播的机会,从而保护具有高价值种畜或家畜活产品。该项目的总体目标就是通过在运输车安装空气过滤系统来保护具有高价值的生猪。首先,通过对全面的文献检索,以及对运输车空气过滤系统信息调查,确定该系统的部件组成以及每个部件所具的多种可用选项;然后使用相关设计标准对各个部件进行组合,并对整合到原型运输车上进行评估。目前,合适的部件以及成功改造并组装到运输车,该项目的完成只剩下样车试验,优化设计和可行性分析。
Researchers at Canada’s Prairie Swine Center have worked to develop a transporter air filtration system that protects high-value breeding stock or live livestock products by filtering outside air to prevent the spread of the disease. The overall goal of the project is to protect pigs of high value by installing an air filtration system in the transporter. First, a comprehensive literature search and a survey of information on the air filter system of a transporter were carried out to determine the components of the system and the various options available for each. Then the components were combined using the relevant design criteria and Integration into prototype carriers for evaluation. Right now, the right components and the successful retrofit and assembly to the transporter, the project is completed with just the prototype test, design optimization and feasibility analysis.
