一些农村地区的中小学,在校本课程开发过程中发现许多问题,如把校本课程的内容理解为学校活动;教师对校本课程开发缺乏积极性,同时缺乏有效的评价机制。因而,必须建立有效的校本课程评价体系;建立有效的课程领导机制,同时要加强教师培训,提高教师素质。
Some primary and middle schools in rural areas find many problems in the process of school-based curriculum development, such as understanding the content of school-based curriculum as school activities; teachers lack of enthusiasm for school-based curriculum development and lack of effective evaluation mechanism. Therefore, we must establish an effective school-based curriculum evaluation system; establish an effective curriculum leadership mechanism, at the same time to strengthen teacher training, improve the quality of teachers.
