目的:分析功能性消化不良行舒肝解郁胶囊及莫沙必利联合治疗的效果。方法:选择2015年9月-2016年9月医治的124例功能性消化不良患者临床资料,按用药方案不同分为两组,各62例,单独给予莫沙必利为对照组,在其疗法上联合舒肝解郁胶囊为观察组,对比两组间疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率88.71%,比对照组的69.35%高,1个月后复发率4.84%,低于对照组的17.74%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃脘胀满、嗳气、纳差、反酸积分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良可有效改善疾病症状,消除患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,且降低疾病复发,疗效显著。 Objective: To analyze the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule and Mosapride combined with functional dyspepsia. Methods: The clinical data of 124 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into two groups according to different dosage regimen, 62 patients in each group. Mosapride alone was given as control group. On the joint Shugan Jieyu capsule for the observation group, compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate in observation group was 88.71%, higher than 69.35% in control group, 4.84% in 1 month later, lower than 17.74% in control group (P <0.05) The levels of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with mosapride treatment of functional dyspepsia can effectively improve the symptoms of the disease, eliminate anxiety and depression, and reduce the recurrence of the disease, with a significant effect.
