本文基于灰色系统理论,以50家深沪主板上市房地产公司为样本,分别研究我国房地产上市公司高管薪酬与以生产者价格指数(PPI)、消费者价格指数(CPI)和零售物价指数(RPI)代表的通货膨胀的关联度,得出的结论是高管薪酬与各个通货膨胀指标的关系都是逐年降低的,通货膨胀因素对高管薪酬的影响程度越来越低。为我国房地产业上市公司制定合理的薪酬体系,增强企业的竞争力提供参考依据,同时也为高管了解自身薪酬的影响因素提供参考。
